Using the site as a guest

Characters, talents, selected macros, bar layouts and saved personal macros stay in your browser storage. We do not upload them when you browse or edit. Unfinished macro drafts stay in the current tab. There is no analytics or advertising tracking added by Allegedly Skilled.

The full workspace backup and restore controls let you move a guest setup between websites or devices. Selecting a JSON backup reads it on your device and does not upload it. After you review and confirm, restoring replaces your guest setup. Download the current workspace first; a copy from before the restore also stays available for download in the current tab. Unfinished macro drafts must be finished or discarded before restoring.

Macro suggestion drafts

The macro suggestion form prepares a draft in the current page. Typing or reviewing does not upload it or save it to your account. Choosing Open email app hands the prepared message to your email application. You review and send it there; your email provider handles delivery and the maintainer receives your sender address with the message. Allegedly Skilled does not send the email itself or confirm receipt.

Copying or downloading saves a copy you control. Keep a copy before navigating away or closing the page. Suggestions are reviewed before any library publication; only include information you want to share with the maintainer.

Optional accounts

When enabled, sign-in uses your chosen provider and Supabase Auth. Allegedly Skilled does not receive your provider password. Supabase stores an account identifier, email if supplied, linked sign-in identities and authentication metadata. The provider and hosting services process requests needed to deliver sign-in and the website.

Signing in does not upload your guest setup. Choosing to save sends the complete workspace to Supabase: current and named characters, talent and spell choices, selected pack IDs, both bar layouts and the personal macro library, including unplaced entries. Unfinished drafts are excluded.

Private cloud saves

Saves are accessible through your account and are not published in the macro catalogue. Account access controls protect them; they are not end-to-end encrypted. Authorised service operators can access hosted data. Only put information in a setup that you want stored there.

Cloud saving is manual. While editing an account workspace, changes stay on this device until you save. When browser storage is available, an account-specific tab recovery copy keeps edits, drafts and unconfirmed requests through refreshes and sign-in redirects. It is restored only for the same signed-in account. Save or export before closing the browser. Guest data stays separate and returns when you sign out. Explicit sign-out clears the active account recovery copy. Your sign-in session is stored in this browser until it expires or you sign out.

Export and deletion

Use Your saved setups to download the full working workspace as JSON, including unplaced personal macros. Open each cloud save you want to export. Individual cloud saves can be deleted there. Deleting the account removes its active cloud saves and sign-in record and requires recent sign-in.

Cloud deletion does not remove downloaded files or guest copies on your devices. Clear the site’s browser storage to remove those browser-local copies. Authentication providers manage their own records. Deleted hosted records may remain in service backups until the configured retention period expires; see the service’s current privacy information.
